Tender Description
The City of Karratha is seeking and experienced Contractor for upgrades at the Dampier Lions Park in Dampier. The Works shall include the provision of all materials, labour, equipment and cartage as necessary for the due and proper completion of the Works comprising, but not limited to, the following:
* Demolition
* Earthworks and Clearance
* Edge, Seating & Retaining Walls
* Irrigation System
* Segmental Unit Paving
* In-situ Concrete Paving
* Soilworks and Final Grading
* Soft Landscaping
* Furniture
* Complete Aftercare and Maintenance of all Landscape Works (including Irrigation and Turf) throughout the 13 week Consolidation Period.
