Expressions of Interest Invited Road Reserve Leases

⁠⁠⁠Upper Lachlan Shire Council is calling on the community to submit expressions of interest (EOI) to Lease one or both of the following Road Reserves:
* Denham St Road Reserve Crookwell, lease lot number cr08a - between Cowper St and Denison St
* Denison St Road Reserve Crookwell, lease lot number cr09 - between Warne Lane and Denham St.

Expressions of interest will be reviewed on "first in basis". A formal lease agreement will be entered into for the allotment to ensure legal responsibilities are complied with.

EOIs close at 4.00pm on Tuesday, 2 January 2018.
