Tender Description
Outpatient Imaging and Radiology Services.
Suppliers that can provide co-ordinated, high quality and cost effective Imaging and Radiology Services that are in close proximity to Eligible Persons locality.
Imaging and Radiology Services are to be provided at the Supplier's premise, however, Medibank Health Solutions is open to innovative and alternate proposals for some locations.
Suppliers will be required to provide
a. Imaging and radiology services as described in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS); and
b. Non-MBS imaging and radiology services
Suppliers will be required to manage the transmission of Health Information arising from the delivery of Imaging and Radiology Services, including the transmission of diagnostic quality images and reports to the referring JHC Facility or Health Practitioner.
Suppliers may be required to provide a mechanism for transmission of images and access to specialist radiologist advice and reporting on images collected by ADF radiographers during field or operational activities.
