The Directors of the Sovereign Islands Companies invites suitability qualified persons and/or Accounting Companies to tender for the Management and Administration of The Sovereign Islands, under an Administration Agreement. This is not a body corporate structure.

About:
The Sovereign Islands Management is based on a Deed System, wherein twice yearly, 1st January and the 1st July, contribution levies are due and payable by each resident for the services provided by the Companies, which includes security, management of the parks and gardens and all other Company matters. Upon purchase of each property a Deed is signed between the Directors and the purchaser agreeing to pay levies to satisfy these services, for the security and continued maintenance of the Islands.

The Applicant:
* The successful applicant will be fully conversant, and have been established for many yars, with the DEFT system and the organization, and formation of this system with the Bank
* BAS, Data Base programs of the Clients, and Accounting Programs to manage the finances of the Companies (5 in total)
* Fully conversant with Company Practice and ASIC requirements
* A proven track record with Financial dealings, arrears recovery and client service management
* Access to the Department of Natural Resources and Mines for title searches
* Proven debt collection practice
* Excellent secretarial abilities
* Fully working knowledge of DEFT and BPAY as an alternative
* Manage and record the disbursements of all costs and charges
