The RTA is seeking proposals for the end to end provision of IT Managed Services. The RTA is moving to an externally managed ICT service provision model to enable RTA staff to focus on high value business activities in order to deliver client services more efficiently.

An IT as a Service approach resulting in the Supplier having responsibility for all day to day delivery and management of services is the prefered outcome.
