⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW Sydney Metro West - Demand Modelling Services.

Demand Modelling Services comprising:
* Enhanced Train Crowding Model (ETCM)
* Sydney Strategic Transport model (STM) and Public Transport Project Model (PTPM)

ETCM: The Service Provider will
* Be responsible for providing ETCM Modelling Services to the Principal for use in the Line Capacity Model (LCM), Pedestrian Models and Economic Models.
* Review model outputs and inform decision making in providing support to the development of Sydney Metro West Business Case.
* Be required to manage and undertaking the ETCM demand modelling work in collaboration with TPA and other modelling service providers which includes PTPM, LCM and Pedestrian Modellers.

STM and PTPM: The Service Provider will
* Be responsible for providing STM and PTPM Modelling Services to the Principal in operating both STM and PTPM models and produce outputs for use in the Enhanced Train Crowding Model (ETCM), Line Capacity Model (LCM), Pedestrian Models and Economic Models.
* Review model outputs and inform decision making in providing support to the development of Sydney Metro West Business Case.
