Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking tender submissions for Parks Mowing Zones 1-5 within Redland City Council Mainland sites.
Mowing services are required to Drainage Reserves, Parklands, Walkways and Grass Verges and any other land as indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
Please read the documents carefully. To submit an offer, please fully complete:

* Invitation to Tender TDA C - Tendererd Sum
and submit your tender by lodging on or before the tender closing date of 2.00pm 12 January 2018.
Tenderers should ensure you allow sufficient time to upload your submission by the closing date/time as late tenders will not be accepted.
Industry Briefing:
To assist Tenderers in preparing their Tenders, an optional Industry Briefing will be conducted at Redland City Council, South Street Depot, Corner of Wellington and South Streets, Cleveland on Friday 15 December 2017 at 10.30am. Tenderers who wish to attend are required to register by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au no later than 3.00pm Wedensday 13 December 2017.
Council will accept submissions from Tenderers who are not represented at the Industry Briefing however tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Christmas/New Year Closure:
Redland City Council will be closed over the Christmas/New Year Period (23/12/2017-01/01/2018 inclusive). As such, any questions posted to the QTenders Forum during this period will not be answered until Council re-opens on the 02 January.
BNG Conserve Accreditation:
With regard to BNG Conserve accreditation which is a requirement for any resulting contract, only the successful contractor/s will be required to register with BNG Conserve. If you are not currently BNG accredited DO NOT commence the registration process.
