⁠⁠⁠Gumnuts is an incorporated no profit organisation. Our financial year ends on 31 December 2017. AGM usually held at the end of March each year. Financials will need to be prepared.

Auditor will be evaluated on the following:
* Cost effectiveness
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Professional competency, experience and integrity of key personnel.
