Expressions of Interest Lease of Clubhouse and Land - International Drive/Cox Street, Ayr (Former Brothers Clubhouse)

⁠⁠⁠Council is offering for lease, in an “as is” condition, the former Brothers Clubhouse and surrounding land of a total area of about 1.61 hectares and described as part of Lot 24 on SP156119 located on International Drive/Cox Street, Ayr.

The lease can be for the whole or part of the above land.

The clubhouse was formerly occupied by the BCHS Past Students’ Association and subsequently, North Queensland Competitive Employment Service Limited.
