Lease of 34 & 38 Day Street, The Rock

⁠⁠⁠Lockhart Shire Council invites expression of interest for the lease of the above property for a period of three (3) years commencing 1 March 2018 for grazing purposes.

The land, located on the western side of Day Street, has an area of approximately 2,900 square metres.  Offers are required to provide an annual lease amount which will be subject to annual CPI increases.  A copy of the draft lease agreement is available on application.

Offers will be received in a sealed envelope marked “Lease of 34 & 38 Day Street, The Rock” up to 4pm on Friday, 22 December 2017.
