Tender Description
Th e Mount Isa Memorial Garden Settlement for the Aged Inc. is commencing its expansion of its current Independent Living Units at 15 Clarke Street in the construction of three (3) two (2) bedroom retirement homes.
MIMGSA is calling for Expressions of Interest from interested qualifi ed local builders to provide quotes for this work.
A full overview of the project can be provided if requested. Interested Parties can collect copies of design documents by contacting Betty Kiernan, Chief Executive Offi cer by phoning 4744 5100 or by emailing bettyk@lauraj.com.au.
Request must be made by Friday 15th December 2017.
Package will include:
* Site Plan - Existing-Site Plan - Proposed
* House Floor Plan
* Site Plan - Stormwater
* Site Plan - Landscaping
* Elevations
* Th e successful builder will be responsible for all permits.
* A contingency cost of up to $8,000 is to be included for each houses landscaping.
Quotes must be received by 12.00 noon Tuesday 30th January 2018.
