Brief Description of Works: The project includes the design and construction of Karel Avenue Upgrades from Farrington Road to Berrigan Drive, including widening of the bridge over Roe Highway, a 2-lane dog bone roundabout arrangement for on and off ramps and upgrades to the freight rail bridge to accommodate the future Metronet line.

Pre-qualification Required: Roadworks R3 or higher, Bridgeworks B3 or higher and a financial rating of at least F25.

“It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, at the time of entering into the contract for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.
