Tender Description
The objective of the contractor’s services is the provision of Health Service Planning advice
and support to the Client and the Project Teams contributing in a participatory process to:
- Develop and evaluate service model options, resulting in identification of the best model of care, given the context and proposed changes.
- Translate of the identified service model into an ‘operational service profile’ quantifying physical, personnel and system implications.
- Prepare Functional Unit Planning Briefs for the operation of the service mode for the new facilities.
- Determine specific requirements to support the proposed service models.
