Housing Tasmania - General Maintenance Contract
Contact Group Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity to tender for the above-mentioned contract. The HT portfolio encompasses approx. 8500 properties throughout Tasmania. We are requesting pricing for various works within the below feted trades:
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Carpentry
* Painting
* Floor Covering Finishing
* Wood heater installation & repairs
* Heat Pump installation & repairs (including heat pump hot water system)
* Gas heater installation & repass
* Cleaning
* Fencing
* Asbestos identification & removal
This is a unique opportunity for Tasmanian contractors to collaborate with a solely owned & operated Tasmanian business to benefit from a large Tasmanian Government contract whilst providing quality trade services to the Tasmanian community.
It is the preference of HT to award contracts in 3 separate locations. North West, North & Southern Regions.
