This project will replace the existing netball courts located at Urana, New South Wales.

The scope is to remove the existing courts (and sub-surface material as required) and to design and construct new courts that will meet the relevant Standards and to withstand ground movement/subsidence and furthermore to secure quality and longevity of the courts through robust design and constructions of the foundations and playing surfaces and to meet the following criteria:
1. Playing surface standard to meet the lifespan criteria of 7 to 10 years and in line with the relevant standards
2. Sub surface and foundations and drainage and other to meet the lifespan criteria of 60 to 100 years and in line with the relevant standards.
3. Remove all existing surfaces and materials established in the makeup of the existing two netball courts and dispose of all materials.
4. Design and construct the netball courts in accordance with Netball Australia and Netball Victoria specifications.
5. Design and Construct the netball courts in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards.
6. Design and Construct the netball courts in accordance with Council and stakeholders needs.
