Tender Description
The Cairns Lagoon is a much-loved and well-used facility on the busy Cairns Esplanade, attracting 1.2 million visitors each year.
The Lagoon Lifesavers provide an important service to ensure the Lagoon is a safe and friendly environment for people to enjoy.
The existing sponsorship agreement, which helps fund this essential service, has expired and Council is now seeking a new sponsor.
The sponsorship is for a three-year period, at $20,000 per annum.
The sponsors will receive prominent signage on the Lagoon Lifeguard Tower; and logo placement on the lifeguard uniforms, directional signage on the Esplanade, including blade signage and Esplanade maps, and the Esplanade website.
