The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for a refurbishment of the existing Manual Arts building at Springwood State High School, 202 Springwood Road, Springwood.

Tender Submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating of Level 2.

Tender documentation is available from Thursday, 23rd November 2017. Tenderers are firstly required to confirm their PQC rating to the Project Manager by emailing a copy of their certificate to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. The Project Manager will then confirm whether the documents may be made available.

A mandatory site inspection is to be held on Thursday 30th, November 2017 at 10:00am.

Additional Information to be included in tender ad - The refurbishment works to the Manual Arts department at Springwood SHS will be completed under the School’s Infrastructure Enhancement Program. Works will comprise of the partial demolition of existing structures, new internal fit out, upgrades to services and the creation of new teaching spaces. Experience with projects on live school sites is preferred. The project will be procured under a Traditional AS 2124 contract with special conditions
