The Queensland Agricultural Training Colleges (QATC) require the services of an innovative contractor to provide expertise and labour to maximise the results of the Emerald Agricultural College (EAC) cropping program. The proposed cropping program consists of 300Ha of cotton or other crops as agreed. This is subject to change due to climatic or market variations.
Emerald Agricultural College has 300 Ha (approx.) of flood irrigated blacksoil country on the outskirts of Emerald. There is an allocation of 3100 ML per water year.
The contractor will provide all the inputs for the successful completion of the cropping program including expertise and labour, the engagement of sub-contractors if required, as well as fertiliser, seed, plant and equipment, and fuel.
QATC has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:

MANDATORY BRIEFING SESSION - QATC will be holding a mandatory breifing session and site inspection on Tuesday, 5th December 2017 at 09:00am at Emerald Agrilcultural College.
