Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T039/2018 - Design and Construct - Public Amenities Replacement Program at various sites throughout the Tamworth region.
The works generally comprise of the decommissioning and removal of the nominated existing public amenities facilities, the construction of new public amenities facilities, and the making good of the work areas.
It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Lump Sum.
Tender close at 11.00am AEDT on Tuesday 16 January 2018.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
