EOI for the Acquisition of North Regional TAFE's (nrt) South Hedland Campus - Lot 500 Forrest Circle

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Planning Lands and Heritage (DPLH) is leading the Government's Land Asset Sales Program, an orderly co-ordinated program for the disposal of surplus land assets.

The Western Australia Land Authority (LandCorp) acts as Project Manager on behalf of the State Government to de-constrain the site and prepare it for sale.

LandCorp has been appointed to assist in the possible disposal of the NRT's South Hedland campus, Forrest Circle, South Hedland.
