R7096 - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Design Services Consultant for certain works on the basis described in the Request for Tender Documents.
The aim of Project R7096, AIR7000 Phase 2B Facilities Requirements for the Maritime Patrol Aircraft Replacement Capability Project is to provide new and upgraded facilities and infrastructure works for the introduction of the Boeing P-8A Poseidon aircraft.
At the time of issuing the Request for Tender, the scope of works is limited to works at the Forward Operating Base at RAAF Darwin.
The new facilities to be constructed at RAAF Darwin will include an aircraft hangar to support operational level maintenance, operational support and crew facilities (including Commonwealth Zone 5 areas), car parking and associated services infrastructure.
