Licence of Part 25 Gore Street Port Macquarie

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested commercial parties wishing to enter into a licence agreement for the occupation of part of 25 Gore Street, Port Macquarie to complement the co-located POP UP business and co-working space.

A non mandatory site inspection and EOI briefing will be held at 10.00am on Monday 20th November 2017. Refer to EOI documents for more details.

EOI's should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents prior to the closing time and date of the EOI. The onus rests on the respondent to ensure that the EOI is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Submission should be marked as follows:

Submissions will be received up until 11:00am on Thursday 7 December 2017. Council will not be bound to accept any or all of the submitted Expression of Interest, or part thereof.
