Shellharbour City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in an Expression of Interest process for the management and operation of the Revolve Centre and provision of resource recovery services within the new Transfer Station at the Dunmore Recycling & Waste Disposal Depot.
The purpose of this Request is to identify and shortlist applicants to participate in a selective tender process for the engagement of a contractor.
EOIs should provide sufficient information to enable Council to select a competent and competitive shortlist of applicants to submit formal tenders for the Project.
