The Central Highlands Healthcare Board invites qualified and registered builders to submit a `Design and Construct' quote for a new Pharmacy and Consulting building in Emerald.
Specifications: Scope of Works
* The building is to blend with the aesthetics of the existing Super Clinic Building
* Size of construction - approximately 225m2
* Completion of building construction 3rd April 2018
* 3 metre suspended ceilings
* Refrigerated air-conditioning
* 2 x toilets
* Pathways
* 2 x Automatic Doors
* Fit-out of Consultancy Rooms (Waiting/Reception, 4 Consultancy rooms)
