Supply and Delivery of Renewable Energy from a Large-Scale PPA for the Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) Inc

⁠⁠⁠Acting as an agent for its member Councils, SSROC invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the above-mentioned Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

Inner West Council (Host Council) is coordinating the Tender process in conjunction with SSROC, on behalf of the Participating Councils.

Tenderers will be required to supply electricity from one or more large-scale offsite renewable energy generation project(s) in part fulfillment of Participating Councils' electricity needs.

Recent pricing information for electricity supply via large-scale renewable energy projects suggests that there may be a price advantage available for Councils in securing a direct PPA as compared to grid power purchased under a regular retail supply agreement.
