Tender Description

Southern Cross University is calling for expressions of interest from various trades and services for inclusion on its preferred contractor database for work at our Lismore Campus. The period of appointment will be 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019 from which competitive quotes will be sought.

It is a condition that prior to working on any university property that the contractor provides appropriate insurance details, safe work method statements and risk assessments as per the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 & Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.

Hourly rates are sought for the following:
Trades - Hourly rates
Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Joinery, Data Cabling, Plastering, Painting, Glazing, Welding, Ceramic Tilers and Window Furnishers.
