001/18, 001-18 - Aurukun Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations and individuals for the Facility Management of the Wo'uw Ko'alam Community Centre.
The successful applicant would be expected to provide onsite management fo the Centre, located at Aurukun. A management fee is included in the draft management agreement, which is included in the information pack. The Centre has significant function areas, commercial kitchen and food storage facilities.
