Industry Briefing Notification for Northern NSW Local Health District Mental Health Services Community Managed Organisation (CMO) Partnerships

⁠⁠⁠This notice is to Community Managed Organisations (CMOs), inviting them to attend an Industry Briefing regarding an upcoming tender for Northern NSW Local Health District Mental Health Services CMO Partnerships.

Included in this notification is the draft Statement of Requirements that will be issued as part of a future Request for Tender (RFT) for your consideration prior to the briefing. The briefing is intended to ensure CMO’s have clarity on the service requirements and provides an opportunity for prospective tenderers to ask any questions they may have regarding these requirements, or the RFT process overall.

Key personnel from NNSW LHD Mental Health, the tender Probity Advisor and the tender Contact Officer will be available at the Industry Briefing to answer queries regarding the proposed RFT and the RFT process generally.

Please note that this Industry Briefing is not a mandatory requirement to participate in any future Request for Tender process.

The NNSW LHD reserves the right at any time and for any reason as determined by the NNSW LHD in its sole discretion:
* Not to proceed with an RFT;
* Not to proceed with individual elements of the draft Statement of Requirements;
* To proceed in a manner other than that described in this notification.

Names of persons attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer by midday Thursday 9th November 2017. No more than 3 persons from each company will be permitted to attend the Industry Briefing.
