Tender Description
A dedicated design and research team to conduct focused user-research for the discovery phase of two platforms. We require at least 3 user researchers/designers for each platform (6 total). They would work with the existing MDT to coordinate and conduct research including the development of the final Discovery report.
Contact end date would be 22/12/2017 with the possibility of extension to the 31/1/2018.
As part of the Whole of Government Modernisation fund, the DTA is developing 4 Whole of Government Platforms to Beta. This opportunity is to assist and coordinate the research component of the Discovery phase for two of the platforms, Tell Us Once and Notifications. The Discovery phase is critical to the delivery of the platform as it defines the problem, the users, how a technical solution could be implemented and the key issues or blockers likely to be encountered.
"The key problem we are looking to understand during Discovery for the two platforms are:
Tell Us Once - build on the Governments ""Tell Us Once"" policy and enable Australians to only update their details once and for that information to be shared with all agencies in an environment where users retain control of their information.
Notifications - Allow users to be contacted by agencies over their preferred channel for example SMS, email, mobile app.
