The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking a fee proposal for the upgrade of approximately 150m of existing walking track at Wattamolla, Royal National Park (RNP) (Attachment 1). The works include stone steps staircases, drains etc and form part of a broader suite of establishment and upgrade works for the Royal Coast Track (RCT) which include transport and access upgrades, camping accommodation (pending an amendment to the RNP Plan of Management) and visitor facilities (public amenities etc.). Works will be undertaken over a number of years and were commenced in 2013/14.

The works required under this RFT will be awarded under a single one year contract:
* Lump sum Fee - For the completion works described in Part B, Section 2 (Scope and Technical Requirements)
* Provisional Rates - Provisional rates are requested for the construction of additional stone work including steps, staircases etc. These rates will be used to determine the price for any additional work that may be required under the contract.
