Tender Description
2017 C30 - The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking proposals for the provision of Facilities Management Services for the Kauri Parade Sports Centre. The Centre was a $15 million project completed in July 2017, and comprises of tennis and netball courts, a wet/dry hockey pitch, a 3 storey clubroom building with a function area, bar, small commercial kitchen, and a car park.
Council is seeking to engage a professional Facilities Manager / Venue Operator with specific experience in the management of commercial and community sporting facilities to undertake the management of the Kauri Parade Sports Centre on behalf of the Council.
