Tender Description
Expressions of Interest Contractors interested in being considered to tender on the following School Project are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the Catholic Schools Office, Newcastle.
St Joseph’s High School Aberdeen
Construction of administration, staff, general learning areas, specialised learning areas and public facilities.
Includes refurbishment of single storey TAS block.
Relocation and refurbishment of the old Library to become School Entry and Administration.
Extension to the existing Hall building.
Estimated contract value $4.0m.
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
* Current capacity and experience of nominated staff to undertake the works;
* Extensive experience in working on school projects;
* Recently completed projects and suitable references;
* Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of the estimated contract value and scope on time.
