Tender Description
Tenders are invited for roof membrane replacement in Council’s Eddie De Vere Building in Nambour.
The building will remain operational during the project, therefore the successful Contractor will be required to professionally maintain close liaison with Council during the project period.
This is a lump sum construction contract with works as defined in the Technical Specification. It is anticipated that works will commence early January 2018 with practical completion by 30 January 2018.
