Printing and Delivery of Year 7 and 8 Syllabi and Year 7 Readers for Curriculum Development Resource Centre (CDRC), Ministry of Education, Tarawa Republic of Kiribati

⁠⁠⁠Coffey International Development is the Managing Contractor for the Kiribati Education Improvement Program (KEIP) under Contract to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

The CDRC of Ministry of Education (MoE) is responsible for the overall development of curriculum for the Junior Secondary School education in the whole country. Over the past years, CDRC has successfully developed and implemented curriculum for Years 1 to 6. The capacity of local printers is such that they cannot provide the standard and quality required, therefore we have relied on overseas printers to provide and deliver the goods required. KEIP will employ the same approach for the purpose of procuring above.

As part of an ongoing process, KEIP is seeking the printing of booklets for Years 7 and 8 curriculum and readers, packing and subsequent delivery to Tarawa Island in the Republic of Kiribati by sea freight. The specification and quantity of booklets to be purchased are detailed in Part B hereunder.

Accordingly, KEIP would like to seek bids from interested tenderers to provide quotation for the printing and delivery of booklets specified above. It is expected the materials will be used during first term 2018 for all Junior Secondary Schools in the country and therefore it is preferred they arrived in Kiribati at least by Mid-January 2018.

This is a one-off procurement process and bidders are requested to bid for all materials. You must quote for the whole package. Incomplete or partial bids may be rejected.

The standard goods contract attached in Part C shall be used for this contract.
