Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for building works at the Council owned heritage listed building at 331 Kent Street, Maryborough.
The works include, but not limited to:
* Demolition;
* Internal/External Walls;
* Installation of Lift;
* New Stairs;
* Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical works etc.
N.B. There is a mandatory site inspection will be held on Monday, 7 November, 2017 at 10.00am – 331 Kent Street, Maryborough.
