An exciting opportunity exists for the development of a Café and Catering business.

The Beryl Grant Community Centre, (BGCC) 31 Townsend Street, has available a café / commercial kitchen for lease.

We are currently seeking expression of interest to develop the café area and catering for community events held at the Centre.

This opportunity offers:
1. Large kitchen area
2. May suit an established business wanting to expand or create
3. Opportunity to develop extra related services – (catering, cooking classes, ready cooked meals and others)
4. Rapidly growing residential area
5. Some furnishings and fittings installed (to be further negotiated with Juniper)

7. Plans for future development of the site have commenced
8. Diverse activities / events to be offered to the community at the Centre

Junipers aim is to have the Beryl Grant Community Centre a central event / activity hub for the area, offering a friendly meeting space for all members of the community.
