Tender Description
The Department is considering proceeding with a number of breakwater repair campaigns at multiple sites across the State over the next 5 years (approximately), on the basis of early contractor engagement with Pre-qualified Contractors. The Department is seeking a collaborative approach to the work with its Pre-qualified Contractors, who can assist with clearly defining the scope, practical methodologies and provide cost benefits to the Principal against the required outcomes for each package of work.
Comments on the draft EOI document were invited from interested contractors. Feedback has been assessed and this Request is now invited.
The Department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced breakwater repair contractors to be selected as Pre-qualified Contractors as a result of this Request for Expressions of Interest. It is the intention of this EOI that each Pre-qualified Contractor be capable of undertaking the Works outlined, demonstrated by previous experience with breakwater construction and/or repair works and their available resources.
