Tender Description
NSW SES recognises the importance of an effective Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in contributing to the productivity and overall wellbeing of its members. An EAP has been operating in the NSW SES since 2007. In addition to EAP services, NSW SES has a Peer Support Program and Chaplaincy Services available for members.
EAP services are not limited to work or operational related incidents. Services are also available for members to discuss issues relating to personal, family and non-work related matters. The EAP service is also made available to the immediate family of members who may be impacted by the member’s involvement with NSW SES.
