Bayside Council is seeking the services of a road and drainage design consultancy to assist in the preparation of a detailed design for Arncliffe Street, Willis Street, Guess Avenue and a proposed One-Way Circuit which encompasses Guess Avenue, Mount Olympus Boulevard and Magdalene Terrace, Wolli Creek.

The work will include design of pavement alignment and longitudinal section, pavement design specifications, streetscaping, street lighting, potential service relocations and particularly flood mitigation and storm water drainage design.

The consultant shall design all pavements (with specifications), kerb and gutter, stormwater drainage, car parking bays, footpaths, tree planting, landscaping, street lighting, street furniture, undergrounding of electricity supply together with the potential provision/relocation of water, sewer, gas, electrical services, and telecommunications.
