Expressions of interest are called to operate the school canteen at St Pauls Catholic College, Manly commencing January 2018. St Pauls is a Years 7-12 College for boys with an enrolment of around 650. School Canteen Services are provided five days per school week equating to approximately 190 school days per year.
The term of the licence agreement is for 2018-2019 and an option to renew the lease is negotiable and desirable. The licence mandates the use of the NSW Healthy School Canteen School Canteen Menu Planning Guide and ongoing negotiation with College leadership over the mix of the menu. A Current Working with Children check is essential.
Previous experience in a school canteen service would be a distinct advantage as well as sound financial and organisational management skills.
