Tender documents are to be submitted to the undersigned in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender No. T112017" by 2pm on 9th November 2017.

Late Tenders will not be considered. Electronic Mail and Facsimile Tenders will not be accepted. The lowest price, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.

Personal canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify.
