Auditing and Certification Services for Hunter Waters Integrated Management Systems

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of third party auditing and certification services for management systems conforming to International and Australian Standards.

1. Background
The purpose of this contract is to perform third party auditing and certification of Hunter Water's management systems to recognised Standards. Specifically the Standards required for auditing and certification include:
ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
AS/NZS 4801 - Occupational Health & Safety Management System
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System
ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System
ISO 55001 - Asset Management System

Hunter Water is looking for an experienced and certified provider to perform third party auditing and certifications of Hunter Water's management systems to recognised Standards.

Hunter Water's intention is to engage with a single provider to deliver the required audit and certification programmes, with a goal to transition all current individual certification dates to a common expiry date to allow for a more efficient and effective ongoing integrated audit programme.

Hunter Water reserves the right to award an individual contract to manage the Integrated Management System process or award multiple contracts for Individual Management System audits and certifications.

2. Duration of Contract
2 year contract period with 2 x 3 year extension options.
