MM02-17-18 Anzac Park Shelter (Re-Advertised)

⁠⁠⁠Western Downs Regional Council intends to complete construction of a shade structure at ANZAC Park, Miles, to fulfil the needs of the community identified by Urbis when undertaking community consultation and conceptual design of park upgrades in February 2014. Further consultation was undertaken by Fulton Trotter Architects in early 2017 in development of architectural and detailed designs. By the tender process, Council aims to ensure effective competition among tenders resulting in value for money and a high quality product which satisfies community expectations.

Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 10 November 2017. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
