Invitation for Expressions of Interest: Land Development Opportunity (HOU07201116)
The housing Authority is calling for Expressions of interest from developers or consortia to work collaboratively to deliver an innovative and environmentally sustainable development for its landholding at Lots 800 Parade Road and 501 & 802 Washington Avenue, Bunbury.
The housing Authority is seeking to harness the creativity, expertise, organisational culture and financial resources of an accomplished developer or consortium with the ability to:
* Coordinate planning, design and development across its landholding
* Produce innovative and site responsive urban design
* Manage and deliver development activities and facilitate sales
* Deliver diverse land and housing options
* Explore and trial innovative land and housing types and delivery methods
* Maintain a sustained supply of affordable land and housing
* Establish a vibrant and engaged community.
The procurement process comprises an initial Expression of interest followed by a Request for Detailed Proposal for shortlisted respondents.
