The Principal has identified multiple areas for improvement across the Landfill site and with Council's current waste management strategy, including daily operations, refuse collection, long term planning and environmental management.

The Services requested under this Contract are those required to assist the Principal in realising these Improvements.

To assist in achieving these Improvements, the Consultant will be required to develop the following Project components (Tasks):
Task 1 Waste Management Strategy / Landfill Options / Site Master Plan
Task 2 Waste Management Analysis
Task 3 Small Vehicle Waste Transfer Station Concept Design and Approvals
Task 4 Landfill Closure Plan and Economic Re-vegetation Strategy
Task 5 Landfill Tenure Approvals

The successful applicant (the Consultant) will be required to review and analyse all aspects of South Hedland Landfill waste management operations, and provide comprehensive reports, plans, and drawings to support their recommendations.
