Aerial Weed Spraying - 'Autumn' 2018

⁠⁠⁠Upper Macquarie County Council (including the Local Government Areas of Bathurst Regional, Blayney Shire, Lithgow City and Oberon Shire Councils) is seeking tenders from suitable companies for the provision of aerial spraying of priority weeds, principally Serrated Tussock and Blackberry.

Subject to weather conditions the spraying program is to commence mid - February 2018.

All electronic tenders must be submitted in the format specified in the tender document. Failure to do so will result in the tender not being considered by Council.

The closing time and date for submissions is: 4.00 pm on Wednesday 8 November 2017.

Tenders can be emailed to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au, mailed to the General Manager Upper Macquarie County Council c/- Private Mail Bag 17 Bathurst NSW 2795 or hand delivered to the Tender Box ground floor Bathurst Regional Council 158 Russell St Bathurst. Tenders must be received prior to the closing time.

The lobbying or liaison with councillors or council staff prior to the consideration of a tender by Council will lead to the rejection of the tender.
