Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland acting through both the Department of Education and Training (DET) and the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) to respond to this Invitation to Offer (ITO) DET86462 / ICTSS.1705 for the provision of Data, Voice, Mobile, Video, Unified Communications and Interoperability products and services.

This ITO directly supports two closely related but different outcomes for both DET and DSITI on behalf of whole of Government, including:
* Selection of one or more supply partners for voice, video, unified communications and interoperability services under a Standing Offer Arrangement/s (SOA) for DET; and
* Replacement of the existing Whole of Government Telecommunications SOAs managed and administered by DSITI.

Given the commonality of products and services requested through both departments, a joint ITO approach will be undertaken to minimise industry overhead and promote a value for money outcome for the Queensland Government.

Whilst this is a joint ITO process, please be advised that Suppliers will have the following options in relation to submitting a response to this invitation:
* DET only
* DSITI only
* Both DET and DSITI

A briefing session for this ITO will be held at 9am on the 30th of October 2017 at the Fourth Floor Auditorium - 111 George St Brisbane.
