Tender Description
Health Infrastructure, on behalf of Cobar Shire Council, is seeking expressions of interest from potential operators of this service under a long term lease (or potentially acquisition). The purpose of this EOI is to identify a shortlist of parties to participate in the second stage of the procurement process.
The expression of intererst is open to any approved Residential Aged Care provider who has registered their interest and completed the required Non-Disclosure Agreement.
