The Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG) is improving the way in which ICT services are delivered into Defence. Within CIOG, the Infrastructure Transformation Program (ITP) is implementing a range of infrastructure and services and services-related projects, including the implementation of the Centralised Processing (CP) Contract.

Specified Personnel will be part of Defence Phase In and Transformation (PiT) Team. As part of Defence’s PiT Team, they will work in close collaboration with the CP Provider’s PiT Team. Defence’s PiT Team will be primarily focused on ensuring Defence oversight and quality assurance of the CP Provider’s Phase In Project and Transformation Project and will perform a strong liaison and facilitation role to support the success of the CP Provider’s Phase In Project and Transformation Project.
