Our client, Department of Finance - Building Management and Works, is the landlord of Bunbury Govt. Offices, 65 Wittenoom St, Bunbury WA. It is established that the existing chiller & chilled water system have reached the end of their lifecycle and are in of total replacement. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out works.
